RETURN AND REPLACEMENT OF GOODS
Your right is that you can cancel the order within 15 days after receiving the goods. If you wish to cancel, please inform us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by post to:

Received goods need to be returned by registered mail within 15 days of the day of you written notified us of the order cancellation. The goods must be undamaged in the original packaging, otherwise we will not be able to accept the refund. We will refund the money for the paid goods within 30 days of our receipt of the goods. The refund of the goods received within 15 days is valid as a notice of termination of the order and no additional notice is required.
We will replace the goods for the wrong goods delivered or any damage to the item within 48 hours of the receipt of the complaint. You should send your complaint by email to email@example.com or by post to the above address. Replacement costs will be settled by AGM.

The AGM undertakes policy not to abuse personal data from the order form.
Personal data is considered to be all information determining the Customer's identity. AGM will not deliver or disclose the Customer's personal information to a third party, except where explicitly requested by law or in cases where this is necessary for the fulfillment of the obligation.
All customer information is kept strictly and is only available to employees who need it necessarily for doing business. All AGM employees and business partners are responsible for respecting the privacy principles.
In the event of a change in the personal data submitted during registration, the Buyer is obligated to notify AGM. In the event a change was not notified, we will not be liable for any disadvantages regarding the order or delivery of the product.

Prices of products and postage are expressed in kuna (HRK) with VAT included.
The prices and other benefits that are in effect on the day of receipt of the order are valid, as is the original receipt recieved during payment or delivery, under General Sales Conditions, published on this site and confirmed during order placement. All goods are shipped from a supply stock (anticipated shipping within four working days for Croatia). In case of pre-registration, goods are delivered immediately upon receipt at the warehouse, as indicated along the product itself, and of which you will be notified after placing the order.
As a buyer you have the right to cancel the contract and inform us at email@example.com or at the address AGM d.o.o., MihanoviŠeva 28, 10000 Zagreb within 15 days of receipt of the goods. You must return the received goods to us intact and in an unchanged amount within 15 days after you have notified us of the waiver of the contract. Returns of received goods within 15 days are also considered as your withdrawal notification. You have to return the books or other goods in the same state as they were in when they were delivered to you.
As a customer, you are entitled to all rights under the Consumer Protection Act. By clicking on the "REGISTER ME" button you are granting us permission to receive, maintain and manage your personal data during the contract period for the purpose of fulfilling or respecting contractual rights. The company guarantees the security of personal data under the law that protects personal information.
At any time, in writing form, you can request that we cease using your personal information permanently or temporarily within 15 days, and we will inform you about this within the next 5 days.
We reserve the right to cancel the order partially or in full, in cases when there are no more products in stock (computer systems preform an automatic check daily. Sometimes the stock may be emptied before the end of the day), when there is an obvious error in the price list, if the order form has not been submitted in compliance with the general terms and conditions, or if the customer is determined to be at high payment risk. Having determined such an irregularity, you will be notified at once of any possible deviation from the contract on our part by phone or e-mail.

Order-contract in the name and on behalf of a minor or a person incapable of business can be concluded only by their legal representatives while partial legal capacity may enter into a contract only with the consent of the legal representative.
In the event of termination of the contract, deadline for refund is 30 days from receipt of the written notice of termination or from the date of receipt of returned goods.
